Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Royal Mail
Orders placed before 5:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00pm are dispatched on the next working day.
DPD
Orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00pm are dispatched on the next working day.
For Saturday delivery, please select the DPD Saturday option before 4:00pm on Friday.
DPD services are available only in selected UK postcode areas.
Please note: Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday only. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Important Royal Mail Information
* Royal Mail 24 Tracked and 48 Tracked are not guaranteed services. While most deliveries arrive within the stated timeframe, delays within the Royal Mail network can occasionally result in delivery times of up to 10 working days.
If your order has not arrived after 10 working days from dispatch, please contact us so we can assist further.
Orders over £20 are automatically upgraded to Priority Dispatch at no extra cost.
** DPD services are not available in all postcode areas. If you require a guaranteed next-day delivery and DPD is unavailable at checkout, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery.
