These Terms & Conditions, together with any documents referenced within them, govern the supply of products (“Products”) by us to you. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By purchasing Products from our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You must confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by ticking the relevant checkbox before completing your order. If you do not agree, you will not be able to purchase Products from our website.

This website, laxilash.com (“the Website”), is operated by NDISTRIBUTION LIMITED (Company Number: 07915989), registered at Windsor House, 26 Mostyn Avenue, Llandudno, LL30 1YY.
References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean NDISTRIBUTION LIMITED.

2. Availability of Service

We may restrict or refuse orders from certain countries or regions. Any such limitations will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

3. Customer Eligibility

By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that:

You are legally able to enter into a binding contract; and
You are at least 18 years of age.

4. Formation of Contract

After placing an order, you may receive an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.

A binding contract is formed only once:

You receive an email confirming that your Products have been dispatched; and
The Products have been handed over to the delivery carrier (“Dispatch”).

Until both conditions are met, no contract exists between you and us.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription product and your order is accepted, you agree (subject to statutory cancellation rights) to a minimum of three subscription renewals. Subscription payments will be taken on the 14th, 28th, 42nd, or 56th day following your initial payment, depending on the subscription selected.

Promotions & Voucher Codes

Only one promotional offer or voucher code may be used per order. Offers cannot be combined, applied to subscriptions, or used on the same transaction more than once.

5. Dispatch & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

Orders will be delivered by the date stated in the dispatch confirmation email. If no date is specified, delivery will occur within 30 days of dispatch unless exceptional circumstances arise.

5.2 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

5.3 Failed Delivery

If no one is available to receive your order, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or return it to the depot at their discretion. The carrier’s decision is final.

5.4 Carrier Preferences

If you choose delivery preferences such as signature release, redirection, or safe place delivery, you accept full responsibility for any resulting loss or damage.

6. Prices & Payment

6.1 Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and must be paid in full before an order is completed.

6.2 Errors

If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled automatically.

6.3 VAT

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Any applicable VAT will be displayed during checkout.

6.4 Customs & Duties

You are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees and available destinations are displayed at checkout. Alternative delivery options and timeframes may also be available.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, postage costs are non-refundable. Once the item is returned to us, only the product cost will be refunded.

8. Products & Safety

8.1 Risk & Responsibility

Once delivered, Products are your responsibility. We accept no liability for misuse or improper handling.

8.2 Product Information

Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance only. Colours, sizes, and finishes may vary depending on display settings.

8.3 Personal Use Only

Products are supplied for personal, non-commercial use. Resale or business use is prohibited.

8.4 Safety Warnings

Certain Products may pose risks if swallowed, inhaled, or misused. Tools with sharp edges and chemical products should be used strictly as instructed and kept away from children and pets.

8.5 Supervision

Our Products are not designed for use by children. Adult supervision is required at all times.

8.6 Before Use

Always:

Read instructions and warnings
Follow age recommendations
Remove and safely dispose of packaging

9. Cancellation & Returns

Hygiene Exclusions

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lashes, nails, or similar products once opened or unsealed.

9.1 Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9.2 Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging. We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions, as Products are not considered faulty.

9.3 Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 60 days of receiving your Products.

9.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

9.5 Return Costs

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

We may terminate this agreement immediately if you breach these Terms & Conditions.
